Telephone is the quickest, most reliable, and most personal way to get my attention.  I answer the phone in my home office (315-446-6285) seven days a week.  When I'm not in the office, the answering machine is on, so please leave a message with a number at which I can call you back.  I will call you back, usually without delay.

E-mail is also a convenient and reliable way to reach me via daveoja@festivalofraces.com.  I check my inbox often, and I reply as promptly as circumstances permit.  Please keep in mind that when it's "crunch time" (the last few days prior to an event that I direct), I'm less likely to be in front of the computer and less likely to see my e-mails and/or have time to reply to them immediately.

And then, of course, there are a fair number of in-person opportunities to ask questions and chat at local races and meets throughout the year.  If I'm running, I'll be huffing and puffing along in Chargers singlet and shorts.  If I'm volunteering, most other volunteers will be able to point you in my direction.  And if I'm at a running event and neither running nor volunteering, I'm probably the guy waving Syracuse Festival of Races entry forms at everybody else.
